不同造模方法建立高尿酸血症动物模型的述评

Evaluation of different modeling methods to establish hyperuricemia animal models

  • 摘要: 高尿酸血症(hyperuricemia,HUA)是体内嘌呤代谢紊乱引起的代谢性疾病,目前呈现总体患病率逐年增高、发病年轻化的趋势。该病是多种心血管危险事件及相关疾病的独立危险因素,然而其发病机制尚未完全阐明。建立可靠的HUA动物模型是研究其发病机制、相关并发症和治疗干预的基础。目前,HUA动物模型造模方法复杂多样,尚无统一标准。因此,本文从物种选择、评价方法、造模原理、制备方法展开讨论,对各造模方法的应用价值和潜在问题进行阐述,以期为建立及复制稳定可靠的HUA动物模型提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Hyperuricemia (HUA) is a metabolic disease caused by purine metabolism disorder. At present, the overall prevalence of HUA is increasing year by year, and the age of onset has become younger. HUA is an independent risk factor for a variety of cardiovascular risk events and related diseases. However, its pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated. Establishing a reliable animal model of hyperuricemia is the basis for studying its pathogenesis, related complications and therapeutic interventions. At present, the methods for establishing HUA animal models are complex and diverse, but there is no unified standard. Therefore, this paper discusses the species selection, the principle of modeling, and the preparation methods, and expounds the application value and potential problems of each modeling method, in order to provide reference for the establishment and replication of stable and reliable HUA animal models.
