90°角钢板在发育性髋关节脱位股骨近端截骨中的应用

Application of 90° steel plates in treatment of developmental hip dysplasia after proximal femur osteotomy

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨90°角钢板在发育性髋关节脱位股骨近端截骨中的应用效果。 方法 选自2004年1月-2011年12月我科发育性髋关节脱位患者共62例85髋,采用股骨近端截骨90°角钢板内固定矫正股骨近端畸形。 结果 对随诊资料完整的40例共55髋进行回顾性总结,术后随诊7-96个月,平均随诊39.9个月,本组55个髋关节股骨近端截骨均在术后6周达到骨性愈合标准,其中52个髋关节股骨近端畸形纠正结果满意。术中股骨头前倾角纠正15°-40°,平均25°;颈干角纠正20°-40°,平均30°。 结论 90°角钢板固定是矫正发育性髋关节脱位股骨近端畸形的有效固定方法。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the clinical outcome of 90° steel plates in treatment of developmental hip dysplasia after proximal femur osteotomy. Methods Sixty-two children with developmental hip dysplasia involving 85 hips who underwent internal fixation with 90° steel plates after proximal femur osteotomy for proximal femur deformity. Results Fifty-five hips in 40 children with complete follow-up data were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were followed up for 7-96 months(mean 39.9 months) after operation.Bony union was achieved in these 55 hips 6 weeks after operation with satisfactory outcomes achieved in 52.The anteverted femur angle was 25°(range 15°-40°) and the neck-shaft angle was 30°(range 20°-40°). Conclusion Fixation of proximal femur deformity with 90° steel plates is an effective procedure for children with developmental hip dysplasia.
