空间环境及模拟微重力对肠道沙门菌影响的研究进展

Research advances in effects of space environment and simulated microgravity on Salmonella enterica

  • 摘要: 空间环境中微重力等因素可以诱导肠道沙门菌在生长、抵抗力、毒力、遗传特性等方面发生重大变化。本文就空间环境及模拟微重力对肠道沙门菌生物学效应的影响及其相关机制进行综述,以期为太空飞行中感染性疾病的预防和治疗提供新的策略。

     

    Abstract: Space environment and simulated microgravity may lead to significant changes in growth, stress responses, virulence and genetic characteristic of Salmonella enterica. This article reviews the effects of space environment and simulated microgravity on Salmonella enteria's biological behavior and relative mechanism to provide a new strategy on the preventing and treating infectious disease in space flight.
