Abstract:
Background As the promotion of Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) in recent years, TCCC has become a hot spot in military medicine at home and abroad.
Objective To discuss the research status, hotspots and future trends of combat casualty care in China.
Methods The literatures on combat casualty care in the CNKI database were collected since the building of database to December 31, 2019, and CiteSpace 5.6.R4 software was used for literature measurement and visual analysis.
Results A total of 1 058 articles were included, and the number of published articles increased over time. The collaboration network analysis revealed loose inter-organizational cooperation between small research groups, and there was a lack of communication between institutions. The keywords were mainly “combat casualty care”, “war injury”, “health support”, etc., and 18 clusters were formed. In recent years, research hotspots included “tactical combat casualty care”, “simulation training”, “emergency medicine rescue” and “mobile medical service”.
Conclusion The communication between domestic research groups and institutions on combat casualty care needs to be improved. The next development trend may be emergency medical rescue, mobile medical services, injury rehabilitation, information rescue, etc.
