Advances in PD-1/PD-L1 signaling pathway in tumor immune evasion and its clinical significance

  • 摘要: 随着对肿瘤免疫微环境的认识,人们发现肿瘤细胞的免疫逃逸是造成肿瘤进展的重要原因。PD-1/PD-L1信号通路是近年来发现的负性免疫共刺激分子,在肿瘤免疫逃逸中扮演了重要的角色。本文简要综述了PD-1/PD-L1信号通路在肿瘤免疫逃逸中的作用机制及其抗体在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展,为肿瘤的免疫治疗提供新的思路和方法。

     

    Abstract: With the deep understanding of tumor immune microenvironment, people find that immune evasion of tumor cells is the main factor of tumor progression. PD-1/PD-L1 signal pathway is a negative immune costimulatory molecule found in recent years which plays an important role in tumor immune evasion. This review briefly summarizes the mechanism of PD-1/PD-L1 signal pathway in tumor immune evasion and research progress of their antibodies in the treatment of tumor, which may provide new ideas and methods for tumor immunotherapy.
