大数据环境下医院科研专病数据库建设

Construction of disease database for scientific research in a hospital under big data environment

  • 摘要: 科研专病数据库是临床医生收集整理数据和进行科学研究的重要工具。目前收集整理数据方式仍以手工为主,存在着工作量大、效率低下、错误率高且收集整理后的数据共享利用难等问题。面对大数据环境下临床科室多样化的科研专病数据库建设需求,我院建成了一体化的科研专病数据库系统平台,实现了病例报告表(case report form,CRF)可视化个性化定制与模板化管理、数据集成整合、批量导入、自动化及辅助对照填写和数据的多途径安全管理,为科室高质量、高效率地开展临床研究提供帮助。

     

    Abstract: Scientific research database is an important tool for clinicians to collect and collate data. At present, manual data collection is still the main method with many problems, such as heavy workload, low efficiency, high error rate, and difficulties in data sharing and utilization after collection and collation. Facing the diverse needs of scientific research from medical staff under big data environment, our hospital has built an integrated disease database platform for scientific research, which has achieved the function including visualization, personalized customization and template management of case report form (CRF), data integration, automation and importing batch, and data safety management, so as to provide assistance for clinicians to carry out clinical research with high quality and efficiency.
