长链非编码RNA在缺血性心脏病中的研究进展

Research advances in long non-coding RNA in ischemic heart disease

  • 摘要: 长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)在细胞功能、生长发育和疾病发生发展等生物过程中发挥着重要作用和功能。lncRNA在心肌组织中大量表达,并参与心肌细胞中基因的控制和调节,其可以通过靶向作用,改变心肌细胞的生理功能,在缺血性心脏病(ischemic heart disease ,IHD)的进程中发挥着关键作用,有望成为未来IHD诊断和治疗的新靶点,本文现就lncRNA在IHD中的研究进展做一综述。

     

    Abstract: Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) plays an important role and has multiple functions in biological processes such as cell function, growth and development, and disease development. Lnc-RNAs are abundantly expressed in myocardial tissues and they participate in the control and regulation of a wide range of genes in cardiomyocytes. They can change the physiological functions of cardiomyocytes through targeting, and play a key role in the process of ischemic heart disease (IHD). It is expected to become a new target for the diagnosis and treatment of IHD in the future. This article reviews the research progress of lncRNA in IHD.
