口内数字印模的准确性应用探讨

Accuracy of intraoral digital impression technique

  • 摘要: 随着数字化技术的发展,数字化口腔扫描应用越来越广泛,特别是口内扫描仪的出现,可以将患者口内软硬组织形态信息,通过三维数据的方式储存或传递。数字印模的准确性会直接影响临床治疗的质量。本文将从口内扫描仪的概述、常见扫描仪类型、印模准确性的影响因素、提高印模准确性的方法等方面进行论述,以期为临床选择提供参考。

     

    Abstract: With the development of digital technology, digital oral scanning is widely applied. In particular, the emergence of intraoral scanners can store or transmit the morphological information of soft and hard tissues in the patient's mouth through three-dimensional data. However, the accuracy of digital impression will directly affect the quality of clinical treatment. The overview of intraoral scanners, common scanner types, influencing factors of impression accuracy and methods to improve impression accuracy are discussed in this review, in order to provide reference for clinical selection.
