Status quos, prevention and treatment analysis of stress-induced insomnia in military working environment

  • Sleep is a necessary state for maintaining normal human function and is closely related to physiological and psychological health. Stress induced insomnia belongs to the category of acute insomnia, which is often caused by various stress factors and is often accompanied by clinical manifestations such as decreased sleep quality and easy awakening at night. Faced with the multiple tests of war and/or non-war military tasks, military personnel are prone to have stress induced insomnia. Researches have found that the incidence of sleep disorders in military officers and soldiers is as high as 37.99%, which has seriously affected their physical and mental health and military effectiveness. At present, there are few reports and literature reviews on stress induced insomnia in military medical sleep research. Therefore, understanding the current research status of stress induced insomnia and how to effectively prevent and treat military personnel's stress induced insomnia caused by various stress factors is important in current military medical sleep research. This study provides a review of the mechanism, influencing factors, current situation analysis, prevention, and treatment of stress induced insomnia in military work environments, providing reference related research on stress induced insomnia in military personnel, with the aim of promoting the development of the military medical sleep field.
