Abstract
Elderly hip fracture is a common and serious type of fracture with high disability and mortality rates, which seriously affects patients' quality of life. Advanced age, postoperative pain, activity limitation and complications lead to a decline in patients' ability to take care of themselves, and it is difficult for them to return to their pre-fracture level of activity. Early intervention after fracture and instruction of standardized and effective physical rehabilitation activities plays an important role in patients' prognosis. In this paper, we will elaborate on the current situation of early limb activities of elderly hip fracture patients, its influencing factors and the existing activity programs, in order to provide reference for clinical work.
