Research advances in mechanism of extracellular vesicles in pulp regeneration treatment

The repair and reconstruction of damaged pulp tissue has always been a research focus in the field of oral tissue engineering. Cell-free therapy based on extracellular vesicles provides a new treatment strategy for pulp regeneration. This article will focus on the research progress of EVs in promoting pulp tissue regeneration, and review the related contents and mechanisms of pulp repair and regeneration, so as to provide a reference for the study of regenerative endodontics.
