The high-quality development of public hospital has become the main theme of medical reform in the new era. The construction of talent team is the key factor for public hospital to achieve high-quality development. By analyzing the experience of building the talent team of pilot hospital for high-quality development, this study discussed how to continuously help the highquality talent development of public hospital and improve the comprehensive strength and international competitiveness of public hospital through forward-looking talent layout planning, establishment of talent cooperation platform, construction of classification and stratification evaluation system and other measures.
