Therapeutic effect of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy on advanced pancreatic cancer

Objective: To evaluate the treatment effects of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy on advanced,unresectable pancreatic cancer. Methods: Clinical effects,1-year survival rates and 1.5-year survival rates in 63 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer,were analized.Results: The back pain relief rate was 82.5% after treatmant by three dimensional conformal radiotherapy.Efficacious ratio（CR+PR） was 88.9%.The 1-year and 1.5-year survival rates were 62.8% and 48.5%,respectively. Conclution: Three dimensional conformal radiotherapy which is a safe and effective treatment, can alleviate symptoms in patients with advanced ,unresectable pancreatic cancer.
