Objective: To Determination of pilocarpine nitrate eye drops by optical rotation. Methods: Optical rotation. （Results: The） calibration is linear in the range of 0.5%2.5% for Pilocarpine Nitrate（r=0.9999）. The recoveries and relative standard deviations of the method were 99.83%;0.30%,respectively.Conclusion: The method had a good accuracy, precision and reproducibility.It can be used for the quality control of Pilocarpine Nitrate Eye Drops
