Perspective of laparoscopic operations on the malignant tumor of uterus

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of laparoscopic operation with laparotomy in treating early stage of cervical and endometrial carcinomas.Methods: A retrospective analysis was carried out to study the clinical parameters of laparoscopic operation,such as operative time,blood loss,complications,postoperative recovery and the number of lymph node.Results: There were no significant differences between the two groups concerning about the successful rate,complications,operative time and postoperative hospitalization,on the other hand,laparoscopic operation made more advantages in blood loss,number of lymph nodes excision and postoperative recovery.Conclusion: Radical laparoscopic hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy could be used as an alternative method in treating early stage of cervical and endometrial carcinomas.But more datas about the long-term researchs is needed.
