Advances in restenosis after drug-eluting stent implantation in coronary artery

Drug-eluting stent（DES） can greatly decrease the incidence of restenosis,but restenosis still occurs in some patients after DES implantation,thus needing target lesion revascularization（TLR）.Clinical studies at present are focused on the prediction and treatment of restenosis after DES implantation.Following is a review of its update advances.
