Advances in the effect of aviation physiological environment on the function of hepatobiliary system

  • With the equipment of advanced airplanes in Air Forces, aviation physiological environment has changed accordingly. The anatomical physiological characteristics of hepatobiliary system determines that it tends to be infuenced by aviation physiological environment such as hypoxia and acceleration. In recent years, domestic and foreign research has made some progress in studying the mechanism of hepatobiliary dysfunction or disease related to aviation physiology, which are reviewed in this article.
