Abstract
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound to the lesions of the pancreas. Methods Forty-six patients with pancreatic lesions admitted to our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 were divided into two groups. The control group underwent conventional ultrasound, while the observation group received contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS), two diagnostic results were compared with the results of enhanced CT. Results The diagnostic accuracy of the control group and the observation group were 52.17% and 86.96%, respectively, and the diagnostic accuracy of enhanced CT was 82.61%. Compared with the control group, the diagnostic accuracy of the observation group was significantly higher (P < 0.05), while there showed no statistical significance when comparing with enhanced CT (P > 0.05). Conclusion Application of CEUS to pancreatic lesions can provide more accurate perfusion image features and important reference for clinical diagnosis.
