Research on project management of medical construction in off-site built hospital

With the rapid urbanization in China, great changes have taken place in the layout and structure of cities. The past arrangement of hospital in central city or central urban district cannot meet the increasing medical needs, thus, a variety of comprehensive hospitals are needed to be established in new regions that are relatively weak in medical treatment supported by some large hospitals with high technological backgroud. Due to the particularity of curative activity in off-site built hospital, it is necessary to carry out research and discussion on the project management method. In this paper, the medical construction project of Hainan branch of Chinese PLA General Hospital is demonstrated as an example, and the project management of new off-site built hospital is discussed.
