Analysis of UCLA medical education system and its enlightenment to the postgraduate education reform of Chinese PLA Medical School

This paper introduces the education system of University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) which is the prime example of American education. The advantages, characteristics and advanced methods of their system have been further studied, in order to provide principles and clues for the reform of postgraduate education in our school and the whole Chinese medical education system.
