Heart decellularized matrix application in cardiac tissue engineering

In recent years， heart decellularized matrix has become attractive for its hypoallergenic and native scaffolds with intact 3D anatomical architecture. It shows broad application prospects in the repair or replace of necrotic myocardial and organ engineering. In this review， we focus on the study of heart decellularized matrix in treatment of myocardial infarction and organ engineering，conduct a systematic review from the preparation， testing and application of heart decellularized matrix， and discuss the direction and application way of this material in the future.
