Survey on current tele-education situation of clinic observers in one grade A tertiary hospital in Beijing

  • Objective To investigate the current situation of continuing medical education and the needs of tele-education in clinic observers, so as to provide data and guidance for better work in tele-education. Methods The questionnaires were sent to the clinic observers in one grade A tertiary hospital. Results Of the 261 observers who received the survey, 68.20% observers had taken part in remote medical education. The clinic observers regarded content as the most important, which accounted for 86.97%, followed by expert interaction and easy accessibility. In terms of contents, the needs for new theories and knowledge were the most urgent, accounting for 82.38%. Conclusion The contents of tele-education should be close to the actual needs and the forms should be more diversified.
