Application of Nano-carrier loaded anthracyclines in pediatric patients with hematological malignancies

Nano-carrier loaded anthracyclines based chemotherapies, such as daunorubicin, doxorubicin and mitoxantrone are widely used in the treatment of pediatric hematological malignancies.This review focuses on the characteristics of carrier loaded anthracyclines and their clinical application.
