Research advances and clinical application of allogeneic vascular preservation

With the development of vascular reconstruction, it is possible to remove tumors combined with vascular which was invaded. Scientific preservation methods are important factors affecting the safety of this kind of surgery and its prognosis. The methods of vascular preservation include cryopreservation, vitrification and cold preservation. In this review, we discuss the research advances and clinical application of allogeneic vascular preservation.
