Abstract
Objective To summarize the adverse reactions in our hospital in 2016 and provide references for clinical rational use of drugs. Methods A total of 482 ADR cases collected in our hospital from January to December in 2016 were analyzed statistically in respect of patients' age, dosage form, drug categories and clinical manifestation. Results Of the 482 ADR cases, 310 (64.32%) were male and 172 (35.68%) were female. Patients over 60 years accounted for the largest proportion (255 cases, 52.90%). ADRs caused by intravenous administration were most prevalent, accounting for 81.54%. Skin and accessories system were commonly involved(120 cases, 24.90%). Cardiovascular drugs headed the list of ADR related drugs (131 cases, 27.18%), followed by anti-tumor drugs(114 cases, 23.65%). Conclusion Greater attention should be paid to drug safety in elderly patients. Rational use of cardiovascular and anti-tumor drugs should be strengthened to reduce and avoid ADR.
