Abstract
Objective To explore the restoration and biological fixation of shoulder joint dislocation in patients with shoulderlocking joint dislocation by surgical technique with "anchor positioning" principle. Methods According to the principle of anchor positioning, the prying reset, traction, hanging double fixed prosthesis beak lock ligaments, bundled fixed prosthesis acromioclavicular ligament were established as the core of the reduction and internal fi xation technique, and it was applied to 15 cases with Rockwood Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅵ acromioclavicular joint dislocation who were treated in our hospital from August 2014 to March 2016. Of the 15 cases, there were 10 males and 5 females with average age of 35.2 years (ranging from 20-45 years). Results The postoperative follow-up ranged from 10 to 12 months. According to the Karlsson standard, excellent outcome was achieved in 13 cases and good in 2 cases, with the success rate of 100%. No complications occurred. Conclusion Surgery guided with the principle of "anchor positioning" achieves satisfying clinical outcomes for Rockwood Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅵ acromioclavicular joint dislocation, which may provide a new choice for their treatment.
