Different approaches for percutaneous vertebral augmentation

  • Percutaneous vertebral augmentation is a safe and effective minimally invasive surgical procedure that has become the preferred treatment for osteoporotic vertebral fractures. There are several approaches for this procedure. Their current indications and clinical application are reviewed in this article.
