Abstract
The cell division cycle -associated protein (CDCA) family are important regulators of cell proliferation. More and more studies have shown that these proteins are highly expressed in tumors and regulate the growth cycle of tumor cells, promote the proliferation and reduce the apoptosis, thus leading to poor prognosis of cancer patients. This article reviews the role of CDCA protein family in tumors.
