Research advances in early fluid resuscitation in traumatic hemorrhagic shock

Traumatic hemorrhagic shock is a continuous process from tissue perfusion insufficiency to multiple organ dysfunction,with high morbidity and mortality.This article illustrates several controversial issues such as the way and timing of fluid resuscitation,the type and temperature of resuscitation liquid,the choice of isotonic or hypertonic crystal solution,and also summarizes the innovative exploration on the treatment of hemorrhagic shock by non-liquid resuscitation in recent years,hoping to help clinicians deeply understand traumatic hemorrhagic shock and its management.
