Research advances in establishment and succession of intestinal fungal flora in infants and young children

The fungal flora can be detected in the intestinal tract of infants and young children.It shows a relative consistency with that of the mother,and can be affected by the mothers' gestational week,delivery mode and diet.As time goes by,the composition of intestinal fungal flora in infants and young children has not been fixed,but shows variability.The establishment and succession of intestinal fungal flora in infants are related to the occurrence of diseases,such as invasive candidiasis,obesity,allergic diseases,infantile diarrhea and inflammatory bowel diseases.
