Abstract
Pancreatic cancer is a kind of lethal digestive system malignant tumor with poor prognosis, with a 5-year survival rate of 5%.In recent years, due to the improvement of living standard and the change of life style, the incidence of pancreatic cancer is increasing year by year, which seriously threatens people's health.Showing no obvious clinical symptoms and signs in the early stage, majority of patients with pancreatic cancer can not be diagnosed in time and receive curative therapy. Therefore, the treatment strategy of advanced pancreatic cancer is still chemotherapy-based combination treatment. But with the development of the molecular biology research in pancreatic cancer and its micro-environmental characteristics, precised and individualized treatment based on gene diagnosis may bring a light to patients with advanced pancreatic cancer. Here we review the advances in the treatment of metastatic pancreatic cancer according to the latest literatures.
