Musculoskeletal injuries in foreign army recruits:literature review and consideration of prevention

Musculoskeletal injuries seriously affects training efficiency,occupational health and overall military readiness.New military recruits have weaker stamina at the initial training stage,lack training experience and effective protection,which may lead to a higher incidence of injury.This article reviews the occurrence of musculoskeletal injury and summarizes its risk factors,intervention measures and related research progress in the foreign army recruits during basic training,thus providing evidence for the prevention and management of training injury in our military recruits.
