Research advances in pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of complex regional pain syndrome

Complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) is a group of clinical syndromes characterized by limb pain.Its pathogenesis is still not clear.At present,there is no precise and effective treatment,and it has caused great burden to the patients and their family.The purpose of this review is to elucidate the epidemiology,pathogenesis,assessment,diagnosis and treatment of CRPS in order to further understand the intervention of this underrecognized disease.
