Abstract
Vestibular migraine (VM) is a common clinical episodic vertigo syndrome. Recently, the incidence of VM is increasing in pilots. Recurrent attacks seriously affect the life quality and flight safety. The current treatment includes pharmacotherapy (tritans, β-blockers, calcium channel blockers, antiepileptic drugs, antidepressants) and non-pharmacotherapy (vestibular rehabilitation therapy, noninvasive vagus nerve stimulation, external trigeminal nerve stimulation). This review mainly focuses on the progress of the treatment of VM and the VM medical evaluation in pilots.
