Research advances in application of proteomics techniques in respiratory diseases study

Proteomics studies protein composition and its changes in cells, tissues and organisms. Proteomics technology, as an important tool, can solve many problems in medicine and biology. Nowadays, a variety of proteomic analysis methods have been widely applied in the research of respiratory diseases, these methods provide a new way in the research of the pathogenesis and targeted drugs. This paper summarizes the research progress of proteomics and discusses its application in the study of respiratory diseases.
