Abstract
Exosome is a kind of extracellular vesicles with phospholipid bilayer membrane structure, which contains nucleic acid, lipid and protein content. As a means of "cell-free therapy", exosome has broad prospects for medical applications. Exosomes from dental stem cells have received increasing attention due to their biological characteristics in the fields of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. This article focuses on the research advances in exosome from dental stem cells in bone regeneration, hoping to provide new ideas and directions for the research and clinical application of exosome.
