Abstract
Inflammasomes are multi-protein complexes that responsible for various stimuli in cells. These complexes activate caspase-1 to induce the secretion of interleukin-1 β (IL-1 β) and IL-18, leading to pyroptosis. Inflammasomes play important roles in the occurrence and development of tumors, such as regulating cell proliferation, metastasis, and angiogenesis. In this review, we discuss the role of inflammasome in hematological malignancies and the related research of inflammatory corpuscle signals as potential therapeutic targets.
