Research advances in establishment and application of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma mouse model

Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC) is one of the most common malignancies, and animal model plays an important role in its pathogenesis, drug detection and preclinical research. In this paper, the types, modeling methods, advantages and disadvantages of cSCC mouse models are reviewed in order to provide reference for clinical work and scientific research.
