Advances in experimental research of intestinal organoids

Abstract
Organoids are three-dimensional tissue structures derived from pluripotent stem cells or adult stem cells. They are multicellular and functional. They can reproduce the structure and function of living organs or tissues in vitro, so as to detect the potential of stem cells. Intestinal organoids are micro hollow spheres with intestinal epithelioid structure, which are cultured and grown by placing the isolated intestinal recess in matrix glue. The construction of intestinal organoids shows a new method for the research of intestinal stem cells, giving a deeper understanding of stem cell biology, organogenesis and disease pathogenesis, and providing scientific methods and strong evidence for drug screening.
