Abstract
Objective To study the factors influencing plasma D-dimer levels in healthy people. Methods One hundred and sixty-four healthy people were divided into≤49 years old group,50-59 years old group,60-69 years old group, and ≥70 years old group, according to their D-dimer levels.D-dimer levels were divided into <100ng/ml group,100-232ng/ml group, and >232ng/ml group according to its upper limit value(232ng/ml),and measured by turbidimetric quantitative immunoassay. Results The D-dimer levels were significantly different in different age groups(P<0.01).The LogD-dimer level was positively correlated with age(r=0.38,P<0.05) and the regression equation was "logD-dimer=1.38+0.01×age".Binary logistic regression analysis showed that age, fibrinogen level and mean red cell volume were the independent risk factors for D-dimer. Conclusion Age,fibrinogen level and mean red cell volume are the factors that influence the plasma D-dimer levels in healthy people.
