Effect and its signiflcance of phospholipase A2 inhibitor on nitric oxlde afterreperfusion injury

The changes of plasma nitric oxide metabolites- were observed after hemorrhagic shock/reperfu-sion injury （S/R）in rabbits.The results showed that the level was positively correlated with the de-crease of TCO₂ and pH values after S/R 24 h,and phosphilipase A₂ inhibitor chloroquine, ME8101 as well asantioxidant（TFA）could be used to block the decrease of nitric oxide and maintain the acid-base balance in vi-vo.
