Abstract
Objective: To construct the perfusion system of stimulant single lung transplantation,provide a study platform for the lung protection in lung transplantation.Methods: Cardiopulmonary bypass unit and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation was used to imitate the working of heart and tissue consuming oxygen respectively.And we established the extracorporeal left lung orthotopic transplantation model in dog imitating lung transplantation clinically.Results: After lung transplantation,the flow rate of perfusion was stable and the controllability was good.The transplanted lung had good condition of gas exchange.So the extracorporeal membrane oxygenation simulating tissue consuming oxygen was feasible.Conclusions: The animal model provides a favorable study platform for the study of ischemia-reperfusion in lung transplantation.
