Cream of aphthae inverstigetion for experimental ulcer of month in rats

The studies we have performed therapeutic effictive for experimental ulcer of month in rats. This experiment have diveded three groups as immediate apply drug group,next day apply drug group and contrast group.The cure rates were 92.3%,85.7% and 9.1%,respectivery.This results were analysed by X² test,X² value was 19.661,P＜0.001.This average treatments were 2.85±0. 91,2.43±1.13 and 3.82±2.09 days.This results were analysed by t-test,P＜0.001,and P＜0.01, respectivery.This data shown that therapeutic effective of cream of aphthae was successful.
