Cinical analysis of cardiopathy of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome

Objective: By discussing the early treatment of cardiopathy of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome（PIH） and lowering the death rate of the pregnant woman and lying-in woman. Methods: The cause, treatment and influence of the mother and the baby were analysed in 20 patients of cardiopathy of PIH retrospectively. 200 patients of PIH were as control group. Conclusion: The cardiopathy of PIH were related to anemia, hypoproteinemia, ascetic and incorrect treatment of dilation. we must pay more attention to the inducement of the cardiopathy of PIH. After controlling the heart failure, we must terminate the pregnant immediately in order to decrease the complication.
