C om parative study of the clin ica l resu lts of treatm en t of severe tenn is elbow w ith m icro- surgery and hyoro-acupuncture

Objective:To expiore a safe and effective method for treatment of severe tennis elbow.Methods:41 cases（43arms） of severe tennis elbow were treated with microsurgery.And 45 cases（48 arms） of severe tennis elbow were treated withhyoro-acupuncture.Results:All cases were followed-up period were between on 13 months-3 years and 1 months.Of them,theexcellent rate was 90.1% for microsurgery group,and 25.0% for hyoro-acupuncture group,which showed significant differencebetween the two groups（P＜0.01）.Conclusion:Using microsurgical teachniques in the severe tennis elbow with early protectedpassive motion have got good results.
