The Diagnostic Value of Headache in Intracranial Tumor

We analysed 502 cases of intracranial tumor, who were operated on and confirmed by pathology. the purpose of analysis was to discuss the diagnostic value of headache in cases of intracranial tumor. Four problems were discussed and compared with 350 cases of headache in other infomation. 1. Relationship between time of headache and tumor. 2. Relationship between locality of headache and tumor. 3. Relationship between degree of seriousness of headache and tumor. 4. Relationship of headache and accompany symptoms and sighs. the conclusim is that headache may have an important diagnostic value in patients with intracranial tumor.
