Abstract
Objective: To establish New Zealand rabbits model to observe and view the function of effectiveness of nanometer perfluorocarbon (PFC) in the course of treatment to hemorrhagic shock, and protection cerebral cortex nerve cells. Methods: Hemorrhagic shock was induced in New Zealand rabbits by artery bleeding. In the course of experiment, heart beat, breath rate, blood pressure, artery vigor, pupil light reflect, survival rate in 12 hours, the pathological changes of cerebral cortex were observed. Results: In 12 hours survival rate in experimental group was higher, breath was deeper and breath rate was also faster, blood pressure and PaO2 was significantly higher than that in control group,PaC02 evacuated higher than that. The control group had the tendency of going acid.Pupil light reflect in experimental group was more sensitive than that in control group.Pathological observing showed the parietal lobe cortex in experimental group was damaged less than that in control group. Conclusion: The nanometer PFC possess the function of anti-hemorrhagic shock, the merit of clear protection cerebral cortex neuron by various ways, and can be used as neuroprotective agents in the clinician practice of brain ischemia and operation on brain blood vessel diseases.
