Abstract
Objective To study how to observe the bleeding at puncture site and its nursing measures in old patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). Methods One hundred and twenty-two patients after PCI were randomly divided into experimental group and control group in their operation order.Patients in experimental group were nursed according to the nursing measures and decision system while those in control group were routinely nursed. The volume of bleeding at the site of puncture and the prognosis between the two groups were compared. Results The volume of bleeding at the site of puncture was less in experimental group than in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Observation of bleeding according to the pre-designed"table of bleeding at the site of puncture in old patient after PCI"and established nursing measures can effectively prevent excess hemorrhage and accidents.
