The effect of rytomnorma in treatment of refractory extrasystole in children

20 cases of refractory extrasystole in children were treated with rytomnorma（Profenerone）. The satisfactory result was obtained in 90% cases both immediately and persisteatly.All patients were followed up more than one year,the side reactions of this drug were insignificant and reversible.Compared with antiarrhythmic drugs currently availadle,rytomnorma seems more effective and more convenient in use.It is especially suitable for children patients who want to have longterm maintenace of antiarrhythmie therapy.
