Clinic observation of Siqikang assistant treating bronchial ashma

Objective: To investigate therapeutic effect and mechanism of Siqikang（polysaccharide nucleic acid fraction of bacillus calmette guerin: BCG-PNS） for bronchial asthma.Methods: 90 cases of mild to middle degree persistent bronchial asthma children were randomly divided into two groups.45 cases in the control group were treated with ashma drugs only,45 cases in treatment group were treated with BCG-PSN plus asthma drugs. All cases were followed and observed for three monthes.CD3,CD4,CD8 were examined before and after treatment for treatment group.Results: Bronchial asthma of treatment group were effectively controlled more easily than that of control groups.The chance of upgrade treatment was lower in treatment group than that in control group.Serum CD3 was unchanged,CD4 and CD4/CD8 were obviously reduced in 3 months for the treatment group.Conclusion: BCG-PSN could be used to assist in treating asthma,it may be mechanism of BCG-PSN treating for asthma that BCG-PSN inhibits over activated CD4 T-lymphocyte,Th2 cell secreting IL-4 and ameliorate the balance of Th1/Th2.asthma;T-lymphocytes;Siqikang（polysaccharide nucleic acid fraction of bacillus calmette guerin）
